The New York Times and Thomson Reuters shared the Pulitzer Prize for breaking news photography for coverage of Europe’s refugee crisis. Jessica Rinaldi of the Boston Globe won the feature photography prize for her story of a boy who endured abuse at the hands of those he trusted.
Kim Phuc was nine years old when the South Vietnamese army accidentally dropped napalm on her village, outside of Saigon in 1972. The picture of her running naked along the road, her mouth open in agony, became synonymous with the horrors of the Vietnam War. Now 52-years-old and living in Canada with her husband and two
