In a video released on Monday, ISIS says it will continue attacks.

Following the attacks in Paris last week, which killed at least 129 people, ISIS released a video on Monday stating that the attacks are far from over. The multiple attacks in Paris on Friday were the worst to take place in France since World War II. The video warned that countries who are bombing Syria would be attacked just like Paris, and Washington is next.
The video, posted on an ISIS website, begins with news footage following the attacks on Paris on Friday night. A man identified in subtitles as Al Ghareeb the Algerian, said that the video was directed at countries involved in the “crusader campaign.”
“We say to the states that take part in the crusader campaign that, by God, you will have a day, God willing, like France’s and by God, as we struck France in the center of its abode in Paris, then we swear that we will strike America at its center in Washington,” he said.
Police are still searching for accomplices, some of which they believe are in Belgium. CIA director, John Brennan said he wouldn’t consider the Paris attacks a one-off event, at the Center for Strategic & International Studies on Monday. He added that he would never say attacks are inevitable,” and that the agency “works 24/7 to prevent attacks from taking place.” The French government has called the Paris attacks an act of war and said it would continue its airstrikes against ISIS in Syria and Iraq.
Referring to international talks currently happening to end the Syrian war, another man in the video, Al Karrar the Iraqi, says to President Hollande, “we have decided to negotiate with you in the trenches and not in the hotels.”
